3. Donation & Refund Policy
Siva Sadhanam Trust is a registered non-profit organization. We rely on the generous donations of devotees to fund our Temple Maintenance, Annadanam, and Education Sevas.
General Donation Policy
By making a donation to Siva Sadhanam Trust, you acknowledge that the trust will use the funds at its discretion for the charitable purposes outlined on our website. Once a donation is made for a specific cause, we will make every effort to utilize it for that cause.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
As a charitable trust, we follow a strict No Refund policy for donations once they have been successfully processed.
However, we understand that accidental transactions can occur. A refund may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- If a transaction is duplicated due to a technical error (e.g., your account was debited twice for the same transaction).
- If you accidentally entered an incorrect amount (e.g., ₹10,000 instead of ₹1,000).
How to request a refund: If you face such an error, you must contact us at sivasadhanam@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. You must provide proof of the transaction (bank statement or UPI reference number). Refunds will be processed at the discretion of the Trust Board and, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment source within 10 to 15 working days.
